Help with the game on iOS and Android.

Common questions
I reinstalled the game and my progress is gone.
Sliceball stores your level and coins on the device itself. There are no accounts, so there is nothing stored on our side to restore from — deleting the app deletes the save with it. If you are moving to a new phone, a full device backup and restore (iCloud on iOS, Google's backup on Android) will normally carry the save across; a fresh install will not.
Ads are not loading.
Ads need a working internet connection. If you are online and still seeing nothing, it is usually temporary — ad availability varies by region and time of day, and a newly published game can take a little while before it is served consistently. The game remains fully playable either way; ads are never required to progress.
I watched a rewarded ad but did not get the cash.
Rewarded ads only pay out if the ad is watched all the way to the end. Closing it early, or losing your connection partway through, means no reward is granted. If you watched one in full and still did not receive the coins, email us with the rough time it happened.
How do I change my ad tracking or consent choice?
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, then turn the toggle for Sliceball on or off.
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads, where you can reset or delete your Advertising ID.
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland and want to revisit the consent choice you made when you first opened the game, reinstalling will present the prompt again.
The ball keeps slicing after I lift my finger.
This was a genuine bug in earlier builds and is fixed. Make sure you are on the current version from the App Store or Google Play.
Is Sliceball suitable for children?
It is a general-audience game with no chat, no user accounts, and no purchases. It does show advertising. It is not directed at children under 13 — see the privacy policy for detail.
Reporting a bug
Useful things to include, if you can:
- Device model and operating system version;
- The level number it happened on;
- What you expected, and what happened instead;
- A screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is visual.
