Sliceball
Privacy Policy
Last updated 7 September 2026
Sliceball is a mobile game published by Mayran Media (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the game collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the Sliceball apps for iOS and Android.
The short version
Sliceball has no accounts, no sign-up, and no login. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location, and we never see them. Your progress is saved on your own device. The only information that leaves your device is what Google's advertising service needs in order to show ads — and on iOS you are asked first.
Information we collect ourselves
None. Mayran Media operates no servers for this game and receives no personal information from it. Your level progress and in-game cash balance are stored locally on your device using the operating system's standard app-preferences storage. That data never leaves the device, is not transmitted to us or anyone else, and is deleted when you uninstall the game.
Advertising
Sliceball displays advertising through Google AdMob. To select and measure ads, Google may collect and process:
- Your device's advertising identifier (the IDFA on iOS, the Advertising ID on Android);
- Your IP address, and the approximate region derived from it;
- Device and software information, such as model, operating system version, and language;
- Information about ads shown to you, including views, taps, and whether you watched a rewarded ad to the end.
Google acts as an independent controller of this information and handles it under its own terms. You can read how Google uses data from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Sliceball uses banner ads and optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are entirely voluntary — you choose whether to watch one in exchange for in-game cash, and declining costs you nothing but the reward.
Your choices about ads
On iOS
Before any tracking identifier is used, iOS shows you Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, the identifier is withheld and you will see non-personalised ads instead. You can change your mind at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland
The game presents a Google-certified consent prompt before personalised advertising is enabled, as required by the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive. You may consent or refuse, and refusing still lets you play the game in full — you will simply see non-personalised ads.
On Android
You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads. Deleting it stops apps from receiving a tracking identifier at all.
Game Center (iOS)
On iOS, Sliceball asks Apple's Game Center to sign you in when the game starts, so that game-service features work. Signing in is optional and handled entirely by Apple; you can decline the prompt, or turn Game Center off in your device settings, and the game will continue to work normally. We do not receive, store, or transmit your Game Center identity, and no data is sent to Mayran Media as a result.
Analytics
Sliceball contains no analytics or crash-reporting service. We collect no usage statistics, no session data, and no crash reports.
Children
Sliceball is a general-audience game. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this game, please contact us and we will act on it promptly.
Data retention
Because we hold no personal information, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Data handled by Google for advertising is retained according to Google's own policies, linked above. Everything the game stores locally is removed when you delete the app from your device.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information about you, and to object to its processing. Because Mayran Media holds none, such requests are best directed to Google, which controls the advertising data described above. If you are unsure where to start, contact us and we will point you to the right place.
Residents of California, and of other US states with comparable laws, additionally have the right not to have personal information sold or shared for cross-context behavioural advertising. Mayran Media does not sell or share personal information.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted at this address with a new date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app's store listing.
